Hello and welcome to my website. I am a Labour representative in the Mid Scotland and Fife Region and have been since May 2007. As well as working hard to represent the people of Mid-Scotland and Fife I am also Labour Shadow Minister for Public Health.

I am involved in various mental health issues and feel quite strongly about how we, not only help those with mental health issues, but also how we help those around them. I feel looking after carers rights and protecting the safety of NHS staff and patients are key to improving the NHS. I am also interested in sport and that is used, not only to provide good health, but how it can facilitate a range of other social aspects.
